Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
- Order Management: Confirm customer orders, ensure accuracy in order details, and communicate any updates or issues.
- Problem Solving: Handle complaints, product issues, or delays with empathy and effective communication.
- System Use: Utilize Odoo to monitor sales orders, update customer records, and follow up on order status.
- Cross-functional Communication: Liaise with the warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams to track orders and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to help improve processes and enhance the overall experience.

Documentation: Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and issues handled.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Odoo or CRM systems.
